Shipping
We offer free postage Australia-wide with tracking via Australia Post on orders over $90 and on all mats. Same day shipping for orders received by 12 noon Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Postage charges (excluding all mats) within Australia are $8.95 for Standard and $10.50 for Express Post. Visa, MasterCard, EFTPOS, Bank Deposit and PayPal accepted.
If you are purchasing a 4.5m x 3m mat and are located outside the Sunshine Coast, Queensland region, please complete and submit the Shipping Quote form here, and we will be back in touch within 24 hours.
When you use our website, you acknowledge your acceptance of our website terms, privacy policy, our terms of trading, shipping and returns and agree that in the case of any dispute, subject to the provisions of the Trade Practices Act, our decision regarding such a dispute is final. We will take all reasonable measures to ensure our goods are as advertised and are delivered to you as soon as practical, but we cannot be responsible for delivery failures which are out of our reasonable control.
Returns
Great customer service is important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s a problem we offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned to us in the condition in which it was sold, it must not have been used, worn, soiled or damaged in any way, and must be returned in the original packaging by trackable mail with the original sales receipt or invoice.
Refunds will be for the item price only and do not include postage or courier costs. A re-stocking charge of $20 applies to each return. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We will notify you of their safe arrival.
Cancelled sales where the goods have not yet been dispatched will incur a restocking charge of $10.
